The problem
The homeowner noticed cracked, peeling trim under a two-story bay window. Behind the cladding, water had been getting in for years: the sheathing and support boards underneath were soft with rot.
What we did
We stripped the bay back to sound structure, removed every rotted board, rebuilt the framing and sheathing, wrapped it properly against water, then installed new trim, a new roof cap and fresh paint. The finished bay looks factory-original and is sealed against the weather that caused the damage.
